Factory Rebuild Services
Restore Performance. Extend Equipment Life.
Give your CSE Bliss or Schutte Hammermill equipment a second life with factory rebuild services tailored to its actual condition. Depending on the equipment and the situation, we can begin with a preliminary review or receive the mill or rotor directly for inspection at our factory.
Why Rebuild?
Industrial hammer mills are built to last, but rotors, liners, screens and hammers naturally wear over time. As wear advances, a mill may lose throughput, produce less consistent output, vibrate more or require more frequent maintenance. That does not automatically mean the mill must be replaced.
A factory rebuild allows us to evaluate the equipment, identify worn components and establish a repair scope based on its condition. The objective is to restore reliable operation and extend the useful service life of the equipment.

Signs Your Mill May Need Attention
✓ Reduced throughput under otherwise similar operating conditions
✓ Less consistent finished particle size
✓ Increased vibration or unusual noise
✓ Visible wear to the rotor, liners, screens or hammers
✓ More frequent maintenance or unplanned downtime
These symptoms can have more than one cause. A preliminary review or factory inspection can help determine whether wear-component replacement, a rotor rebuild or a more complete mill rebuild should be considered.
HOW THE REBUILD PROCESS WORKS:
Start with information or direct shipment.
Send the available make, model, serial number and photos, and describe what the mill is doing. You can also call us directly. Depending on the situation, we may begin with a preliminary review or arrange for direct shipment.
Factory inspection.
After the mill or rotor arrives, our team inspects the equipment and identifies the work appropriate to its condition.
Confirm the rebuild scope.
The inspection establishes the recommended scope, which may include rotor rebuilding; new liners, screens and hammers; dynamic balancing; and factory testing.
Rebuild, balance and test.
We complete the approved scope and perform the applicable balancing and factory testing before shipment.
Tell Us About Your Equipment
To get started, send whatever information you have available: make, model, serial number, photos and a description of the symptoms. If direct shipment is the better next step, we can discuss factory inspection at our facility.
